Ch 8 Pt. 2

As you can see, Chapter 8's Prologue is finally up. Now, then you will be wondering where Chapter 8 itself and its epilogue are aren't you? To tell you the truth, the former isn't even finished yet and the latter doesn't exist at this point. I'm on Christmas break and finally have some writing down time. I'll try and get them both up by the end of my break. Hopefully all of you guys are still with me so that this doesn't just sit here unlooked at. Anyways, have fun with whats up, and I'll see you all again soon.

New Layout Pt. 2

Well don't expect to see anything else other than this for a long time. I can't afford to buy the domain and I didn't get what I would have needed to do so for Christmas [other than my new comp, <3] so we'll have to deal with this layout until I get myself a way to buy the domain. Sorry :'(

Where'd The C:NoM Page Go?

Simply put, I deleted it. Now funnily enough, it still exists in the database, so you can still look at it, however to do so you must manually put cnom.html after the site address. However it is only complete up to Chapter 7's ep. I deleted it because:

1. It was way too cumbersome.
2. I couldn't easily move it every update. I'd have to delete the page and recreate it, meaning recreating all the images and text. It was just too time consuming. Oh well, guess you just have to look at it chapter by chapter *shrug*

And yes, this is what happened to the Tag Board page, again I found it to be a waste of bandwith and server space. You can still access it by putting tagboard.html after the address, but its no longer an official part of the site.

A Note On The Story

The way that I have written this is that the games have been completed and the reader has beaten them. I have provided a recap of the events of every game at the beginning of the first eight chapters so that those who have not played them do not lose anything story-wise. However if you are planning on playing the games and do not want the story ruined, I would advise not reading this story. At least not the first eight chapters.

C:NoM

This Project of mine was inspired entirely by entering into a Short Story Contest and playing CastleVania: Lament of Innocence. I have done alot of research over the CastleVania games that I have not played and have drawn from the immense knowledge of the ones that I have played.

Within the story you will find listed every true Belmont from the game. Understanding this, if you are a hardcore CV player you will notice that Richter Schnieder and John Morris are missing. The reason being that they only supposedly have Belmont blood in them but they do not share the last name. For that reason they are not in this since they are not true Belmonts. Also its because their games suck and they don't deserve to be in this.

This idea was turned from a single story idea into an immense multi chaptered affair that won't even get into the main hulk of the story until Chapter 9. That being said I really really hope that you will stick around for it. I have enjoyed immensely writing the little of it that I have so far and expect great things not only out of the project, but myself as well. I am drawing off of all of my previous writing experience to create this story and want to create a very real and enjoyable reading experience for all that take time to read this.
